Bored of your usual cereal and toast breakfast? Give these Barleycup summer shakes a go for a quick, delicious, and gluten-free breakfast.

Morning Energy – with goji berries

Ingredients:

1 banana (120 g)
glass of soy milk or cow’s milk (200 ml)
2 tablespoons Barleycup with Dandelion (12 g)
1 tablespoon honey (12 g)
a pinch of cardamom
a pinch of ginger
a pinch of cinnamon
1 tablespoon goji berries (15 g)

Method:

Place all ingredients in the blender and mix until a smooth mass is obtained. Pour the shake into a tall glass and add goji berries on top.
Banana and Barleycup shake

Ingredients:
1 banana (120 g)
glass of soy milk or cow’s milk (200 g)
2 tablespoons Barleycup with Dandelion (12 g)
1 teaspoon honey (12 g)

a pinch of cinnamon

Method:

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until a smooth mass is obtained.

Ingredients:

200 ml almond milk or cow’s milk
1 tablespoon Barleycup (6 g)
half ripe mango (140 g)
1 banana (120 g)
1 spoon dried mango (flakes) (10 g)
mint leaf

Method:

Pour milk into a mixer. Add Barleycup, half a mango and a banana. Blend it all until you obtain a smooth mass and pour into a tall glass. Decorate the top of the cocktail with dried mango flakes and a mint leaf.
