3 delicious protein smoothies to try this week


Looking for some quick and easy breakfast ideas, that won’t mess with your balanced diet? Try these three delicious protein smoothies and have your breakfast on the go!

Super Strawberry Protein Smoothie, by Hannah McCreesh


Ingredients (makes one smoothie):

  • 1x frozen banana
  • 30g strawberry flavour 100% Pure Whey Protein powder (1 scoop)
  • 2x cups of frozen strawberries
  • 2x tbsp plain greek yoghurt
  • 1x cup of ice
  • 1x cup of oats
  • 1x 1/2 cup of semi-skimmed milk
  • 1x pinch of stevia sweetener (optional)

Method (5 minutes prep, 2 minutes to make):

Remember to freeze your banana and strawberries overnight if you haven’t got them in the freezer already. Other than that, all you need to do for this super easy smoothie is chuck all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Ta da! It really is as simple and easy as that. Enjoy!


Honey Bee Smoothie, by Healthy Jon



  • 1 frozen banana
  • 200ml of milk
  • 1 serving of 100% Pure Whey Protein – Vanilla
  • 1 tsp. of cashew butter
  • 1 tsp. of honey
  • 1 tsp. of sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp. of bee pollen (optional)

Instructions: Blend everything until smooth and pour into a tall glass.
